8th & Vine

Our Collaboration With the BC Paraplegic Association Development (BCPA)

In addition to our redevelopment, KNH has agreed to work with the BCPA Housing Society on a residence at West 8^th and Vine for low-income Westside seniors and people with spinal cord injuries.  KNH will operate and manage 20 seniors’ units, 10 units for individuals with spinal cord injuries and a Seniors Resource Room at this site.  Locating the Seniors Resource Room at 8^th and Vine has made space available at 7^th and Vine allowing for a 25 space daycare to be located at Kits House.

KNH offers opportunities for the tenants at 8^th and Vine to enhance our programs and services by sharing their skills and experiences.
