Gentle Chair Yoga
These fun classes incorporate breathing techniques and guided meditation. They are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, all from the safety of a chair. Expect to laugh and feel renewed energy, reduced stress, and a calm sense of well-being!
Registration is required upon entry. First time participants should arrive early to complete required medical forms/waiver.
