Come hang out with other guys to discuss solutions relating to Work/Education and Life Balance. A casual space located in UBC campus where men can connect and share their insights with others to help, and expand in knowledge and balance.

We are men that choose to look at the deeper issues in our society, in ourselves, and in our community in order to learn from them – to create empowerment, connection, wisdom and healing.

What happens to men who think they’re made of steel? An intimate talk about depression in men with renowned professor Dr. John Ogrodniczuk. Dr. John Ogrodniczuk is a professor and director of the Psychotherapy program in the Department of Psychiatry at UBC. His psychotherapy research program focuses primarily on studying psycho-dynamic psychotherapy, personality disorders, group psychotherapy, and men’s mental health.
