Overview
The Building Welcoming and Inclusive Neighbourhoods (BWIN) project is a 3 year initiative funded by the Province of British Columbia that explores the role of Neighbourhood Houses in building community capacity by encouraging inclusion and building on B.C.’s cultural diversity.
