Income Tax Program

Kitsilano Neighbourhood House runs a Free Income Tax Clinic in March and April for people on a low or fixed income. Please call 604-736-3588 after February 1st to see to book an appointment.

Eligibility:

“If you are unable to complete your income tax and benefit return by yourself and are unable to pay for assistance, our Community Volunteer Income tax Program may be for you .CRA offers training to volunteers who can help you complete your return if your income is low and your tax situation is simple. Volunteers do not complete returns for deceased persons, bankrupt individuals or individuals who have capital gains or losses, employment expenses, or business or rental income and expenses.”

Low income refers to a net income of $25, 000 single, up to $30,000 per family.
