Are
you a woman parenting alone? Would you like to share your successes
& challenges with other single moms?
Join
our professionally led Single Mothers' Support Group & gain access
to the peer support, information & community resources you need to
move you closer to personal & economic independence.
Starts: Beginning of February
Mondays 6:30-8:30pm

Co-sponsored
by the YWCA Vancouver, the group serves women of all ages, from all
backgrounds.
When
you join the group, you will have:
- access to YWCA Single Mothers Housing
- a membership in the YWCA Vancouver Health & Fitness Centre
- group workshops 4 times a year
- access to monthly food vouchers

Women’s
Support Program:
The
purpose of the Women’s Support Program is to provide women
experiencing mental health difficulties with an opportunity to meet for
support and companionship to increase awareness, information sharing
and personal empowerment. Meetings are facilitated, confidential
and free. New members are welcome.

Alanon:
The Alanon Family Programs
are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their
experiences, strengths and hopes in order to solve their common
problems. Alanon believes alcoholism is a family illness and that
changed attitudes can aid recovery.

Gamblers Anonymous:
Gamblers Anonymous is a
fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and
hopes with each other that they may solve their common problems and
help others to recover from a gambling problem.

8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m
Rainbow Family Night:
This program offers a family
night for queer families on the first Sunday of every month &
includes food, mutual support and resource sharing.
First Sunday of the Month: 5:00pm-
7:30pm.
