What is Earth Day?

Earth Day Organization started in 1970 and is on a mission is to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide by working with more than 75,000 partners in over 190 countries to drive positive action for our planet. Though keeping our Earth protected and fighting climate change is celebrated once a year, earth day should be practiced everyday.

 

Earth day is April 22nd this year!

 

 

Collage Making with Recycled Paper

Kits House will be offering a one day workshop where you can learn some basic principles of collage (how to built a background, how to add focal points, how to work on composition) and how to make an image transfer into tape. After you learn these useful principles you will select the paper designs that speak to you and have fun making your own unique collages on carboard paper. Add embellishments such as doodles, black silhouettes, unique images to your hearts desire!
