A One-time Older Adults & Seniors Exercise Session


Come and join us for an online exercise session on Zoom!

It is a quick workout session that you can do in the comfort of your own home. This includes doing warm-up, strength, flexibility, balance exercises and a cool down.

We will also share some tips on how to reach your own personal fitness goals!

What You’ll Need

  • A chair
  • Optional: 2 weights (2 bottles of water or 2 cans of equal weights), 2 balls and a towel
