Yoga for All Levels at Kits House!
Yoga doesn’t end when we roll up our mats—it’s a lifelong practice of staying connected to our bodies, minds, and the world around us.
Join us for an all-levels Hatha yoga class in a warm, welcoming space where you can explore your personal practice and connect with your community. Each session includes a blend of standing and seated postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and time to build meaningful connections with fellow participants.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience, this class is designed to be inclusive, accessible, and affordable. There’s no pressure to perform—just space to breathe, move at your own pace, and modify as needed.
Led by Kits House volunteer Rebecca Klaassen, a certified yoga instructor.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Cost: $5 per session + Kits House membership ($10/year).
