Office space available for long-term rental

The office space, located at the back of Kitsilano Neighbourhood House, is a 156 sq ft workspace featuring a private entrance with key fob entry, two large wall-to-wall built-in desks, internet, cooling system, and heating. Garbage removal and cleaning service is also included in the rent!

Access to public washrooms from within the Kits House lobby. After-hours access to the Tenant’s office and public washrooms (via reception area) at no additional cost. Reception services included and printer services available at cost during Kits House normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Please note this space can only be accessed using stairs and is not accessible.
