Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Do you struggle with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, high blood pressure, digestive issues, sleep disorder or weight management?
If so, MBSR can help!

This 8-week course, with facilitator Amanda Steele M.C, will provide guided instruction in mindfulness-based practices, gentle yoga, group dialogue, and mindful communication exercises to increase present moment awareness in your everyday life, helping you transform your response to stress.
