Dunbar Kid's Club: Out of School care

Families may register their child for up to 5 days a week of care.  For all enquiries please contact childcareadmin@kitshouse.org

Care on pro d days, school closures and early dismissals are included for all families that are registered full time 5 days a week. For those registered for 4 or less days the fees are: 

Pro D Day $60 

Early Dismissal $25 

Families must register for specific days of the week. Drop in spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Families must register for a drop-in day a minimum of 24 hours in advance with the program coordinator. The drop-in rate for an additional afternoon of care is $25. Families are not able to switch their regularly scheduled day for a new day and will be responsible for paying the monthly rate regardless of if their child attends the program on their scheduled days or not.  

Families will be charged on the first of following month for any additional days of care they received through electronic funds transfer.  

For families wanting to register as a drop in participant only they may do so. Rates for drop-in care are: 

Afternoon Care: $30 

Pro D Day/School Closure: $70 

Early Dismissal: $35 

Priority for pro d day care, school closure and early dismissals will go to children who are registered as regular participants first, and then to drop in families.  

Registered regular participants will be required to sign up for care 2 weeks prior to the pro d/school closure or early dismissal with program staff. After regular participants have signed up, registration will open to drop in families 1 week in advance. Drop in families will register for care with the program coordinator.  

Drop in families must register for regular afternoon care a minimum of 24 hours in advance with the program coordinator.

This enrollment policy is in place for the 2021-2022 school year only and is subject to change for future school years.
