Healthy Cooking with Preteens

A program, for preteens 7 - 12 years old, to learn to cook healthily, engage in physical activity and discuss skills to help pursue a healthy lifestyle.

Mama & Papa Goose - Infant Group

The Mama & Papa Goose program is for parents with children 0 - 18 months. It promotes a healthy bond between you and your child as well as stimulates your child's early language development through songs, rhymes and story times.
Mama & Papa Goose - Toddler Group

Meet local families and create community connections while building a healthy bond between yourself and your child through English and a few Spanish songs, rhymes, and storytelling, stimulating their language development in English and Spanish.
Nobody's Perfect

Parents of children from newborn to 6 years old will have the opportunity to discuss common parent issues, make connections and meet new friends.

Borrow a toy for your child(ren) - we'll have plenty of toys appropriate for children aged 0 -6 years old
My Tween & Me Parenting Workshops
A program for parents and caregivers with children 7 – 12 years of age. Learn to build a strong relationship with your children as pre-teens, gain the confidence and skills to guide your children into and through the risk-taking teen years.
