Yoga doesn’t end when we roll up our mats — it’s a practice of staying connected with our bodies, minds, and the world around us.
This all-levels hatha yoga class gives you an opportunity to explore your personal practice and connect with your community in a warm and welcoming space. Each session includes standing and seated postures, breathwork, mindfulness practice and time to connect with community members.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a long-time student, this class is designed to be inclusive, accessible, and affordable. There’s no pressure to perform — just space to breathe, modify your practice as you need to and move at your own pace.
A volunteer certified yoga teacher will teach this class.
