Gentle Chair Yoga

This one-hour class, rooted in Hatha yoga, incorporates breathing techniques and guided meditation, designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, all from the safety of a chair. Expect to feel renewed energy, reduced stress, and a calm sense of well-being.
