JAVA Social is a welcoming peer-support group for older adults. Participants come together to share experiences, reflect on meaningful topics, and spark conversation in a friendly, guided setting.
Each session features a new discussion theme from a series of 52 topics designed to inspire connection and keep conversations fun and engaging.
Facilitated by our staff, this program follows the well-recognized Java Social structure and is part of the broader Java Group Programs, offering more opportunities to stay socially connected through peer-led activities at Kits House and in the community. This free program helps reduce isolation, strengthen community connections, and support the mental well-being of adults and seniors.
