Join friends and neighbours for light exercise, engaging conversation, and a delicious meal, alongside a rotating mix of entertainment and activities. Each week, 40–50 older adults gather to enjoy a healthy, home-cooked lunch prepared and served by volunteers, with support from a staff chef.
Activities change week to week and may include educational presentations, music performances, games, or workshops — creating a lively, welcoming space to connect and have fun. This low-cost, drop-in program helps reduce isolation, strengthen social connections, and support the overall well-being of seniors in our community.
